WB counselling may get delayed
- Swasthya Bhavan has allowed TR (Trainee Reserve) in-service candidates to avail another TR (Back-to-back TR) which was summarily rejected by Calcutta High Court as well as Supreme Court last year.
- Ignoring the previous year's verdict Swasthya Bhavan has allowed all 40-50 candidates for counseling even before official declaration of their result.
- To protest against this irregularity, new court case will be filed on Monday.
- Stay order on counseling is expected.
