SC Hearing Update: Apr 25


MCI lawyer Mr. Nidhesh Gupta started his arguments at 11.30 pm in favour of NEET. He spoke prolifically about NEET and the reasons to implement the same. 

At 12.10 pm Mr. Sidharth Luthra (Additional Solicitor General) representing Union of India argued till lunch. He supported implementation of both NEET UG & NEET PG very strongly and countered arguments by private college lawyer. He told the court that NEET is need of time and necessary to streamline the system and to give less stress to the students both mentally and financially.

Both of them also submitted written submissions.
